"Eros (Love) and Hous (earth/land)" means "Love for the land". Our love for the land of Parnassus urged us to create "Erohos". It is the first wine that was vinified on the estate in 2003 and was named Erohos, after the ancient name of the village now called Polydroso.

Protected Geographical Indication Parnassus

Variety Composition
Assyrtiko, Roditis, Sauvignon Blanc

After the sorting of the grapes, as far as Roditis and Assyrtiko are concerned, they are pressed right away, while for Sauvignon Blanc we apply the method of pre-fermentation extraction for 12 hours and then the alcoholic fermentation is effected separately for each variety. The final stage is the blending and staying of the wine in stainless-steel tanks for 2 months before bottling.

Assyrtiko, Roditis and Sauvignon Blanc are the varieties cultivated in the viticultural zone of Parnassus, specifically on the locations of Livadorachi and Anamero, at an altitude of 450 meters. The soils are clayey, and the area is sloping.
