Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most widespread grape varieties in the world. Here in Parnassus the specific variety is cultivated with special care and given the ideal soil-climatic conditions it gives high quality wines that can compete with the top ones nationally and internationally.

100% Sauvignon Blanc

After harvesting the grapes the method of pre-fermentation extraction  antioxidant environment to reinforce the original aromas and then the alcoholic fermentation of juice in  classified temperatures no higher than 16 C. Maintenance of wine for two months on light lees with regular stirring before bottling.

Region/ Location

Central Greece. The grapes for the production of Sauvignon blanc come from the vineyard on the area of Livadorahi of total area of 2 hectares at an altitude of 400-450 meters.


Loam clay soil with excellent drainage because of the inclined grounds.


  • Sauvignon Blanc


A wine with a bright yellow color and light green highlights. Particularly expressive nose with intense aromas of white flowers, white peach and tropical fruits.


Crisp with good acidity, characteristic of the variety and fresh, clean taste. Long lasting aftertaste with the perfumes remaining throughout its duration.

Food Pairings

It can accompany light meals, smoked cheese, meats, seafood, fruits, pork or lamb with lemon sauce.  


Best served at 8-10ºC.
